  • Writing reports that contain easy to digest project overviews, clear and actionable recommendation documents, methodology descriptions, detailed findings, synthesized findings summaries.

  • Collecting and analyzing large data sets of qualitative and quantitative organizational information.

  • Constructing crosswalks that synthesize and present large quantities of data in easy to read tables.

  • Designing and implementing surveys to gauge organizational attitudes and experiences.

  • Interfacing with leadership within the organization, with state assessors, and program stakeholders to share results and provide recommendations.
